[EN] Our small group yoga classes are tailored. We recognise that each person joining our yoga sessions has different capabilities and individual needs. We understand each student, work to adapt and evolve sessions to provide physical movement, mindfulness and relaxation strategies. [PT] Nossas aulas de ioga em pequenos grupos são personalizadas. Reconhecemos que cada pessoa que participa de nossas sessões de ioga tem diferentes capacidades e necessidades individuais. Entendemos cada aluno, trabalhamos para adaptar e evoluir as sessões para proporcionar movimento físico, atenção plena e estratégias de relaxamento.

Cancellation Policy

Early cancelations (up to 24 hours before start of class) - Classes must be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class start time. Your class will be credited back to your account or refunded. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of start of class) - We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, cancelling late or not attending stops other clients from booking places. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to you, nor refunded. For activities such as workshops, special events and retreats, each has its cancellation limit so that the refund can be made. Please be aware of this date when you register. In general, cancellations made 7 days within the start of the activity will not be refunded nor credited. Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the activity will receive a credit towards a future event. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
