[EN] A deliberately slower, passive and soft yoga style. On the physical level, it works the deeper tissues of our body: ligaments, joints and fascia. Yin yoga can be calmer but also challenging as postures are held for longer, anywhere between 1-5 minutes. On an emotional and psychological level, practitioners focus on the moment and ‘go inwards’ during periods of silence and reflection. [PT] Um estilo de yoga deliberadamente mais lento, passivo e suave. No nível físico, trabalha os tecidos mais profundos do nosso corpo: ligamentos, articulações e fáscia. O Yin yoga pode ser mais calmo, mas também desafiador, pois as posturas são mantidas por mais tempo entre 1 e 5 minutos. Em um nível emocional e psicológico, os praticantes focam no momento e ficam mais introspectivos durante períodos de silêncio e reflexão.

Cancellation Policy

Early cancelations (up to 24 hours before start of class) - Classes must be cancelled up to 24 hours before the class start time. Your class will be credited back to your account or refunded. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of start of class) - We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. However, cancelling late or not attending stops other clients from booking places. If you cancel a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, the class will not be credited back to you, nor refunded. For activities such as workshops, special events and retreats, each has its cancellation limit so that the refund can be made. Please be aware of this date when you register. In general, cancellations made 7 days within the start of the activity will not be refunded nor credited. Cancellations made 7 days before the start of the activity will receive a credit towards a future event. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
